CBWE started its Rural Workers Education Programme in 1977. The emphasis of this programme is on generating awareness among the rural workers about their rights and entitlement in various welfare schemes of the Central and State Governments as well as to equip them to form their own organisations for finding out the solutions to their problems. The Rural Educators trained in one month Rural Educators Training Courses help the Education Officers in conducting these programmes.
