(d) Total vacancies against total strength with reference to (c) above. (e) Total strength of Under Secretary of Central Secretariat Service (CSS) Cadre of your Ministry/Department (including Attached Offices/Sub-ordinate Offices/Autonomous Organization/PSUs etc.) located in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh). 63 Please provide me a complete detailed list for non official members of all the Committees, Boards, Councils of above Ministry There is no non-official member related to Departmental Canteen, CR Section and the RTI Cell in the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
64 Please provide following general rules (as per ministry guideline) for working persons in round clock shift duty. 1.Please indicate, whether the shift duty is being performed by Group B officers If 1 is yes, please provide the information as asked below from point 2 onwards. 2. Please indicate the shift duty hours and timings in morning, afternoon and night duty of group B officers. 3.Please indicate the hand over time between two consecutive shift duties of the shift performing officers e.g. reliever and relived in morning and afternoon shift duty and so on. 4.How the holidays of the officers are being compensated when the officer is performing its duty on Sundays and other public holidays. Please elaborate. 5 How many officers are deployed on shift duty in one section at a time regarding safety and other emergency services 6.Please indicate the perks, incentives & facilities being provided for the officers who are performing the shift duties. 7.The officers who are performing shift duties, what are the medical facilities given to them in case of emergency need like heart attack, asthma attack etc. RTI application transferred to DFASLI and DGMS under Section 6(3) of RTI Act, 2005 vide this Ministry letter dated September 2015

69 1.Do your Divisions outsource works from various service providers including Chartered Accountants. 2.Are there any Guidelines or the criterion given to them for selection particularly in reference to Chartered Accountants including that for Internal Audit and other works . 3.Are there any checks and balances to ensure that the work is allotted objectively and whether the above guidelines and criterion followed properly. 4.What is the course of Action in case the guidelines for objective allotment of work are not followed. 5.Is there any preference for handicapped persons or the professional firms owned/controlled by the handicapped persons in allotment of such Audit as provided in Equal opportunities, protection of rights and full participation Act, 6.Is there any preference for the professional firms employing handicapped persons in allotment of such Audits as provided in National Policy of Persons with Disabilities decaled by Government of India in February 2006. 7.Is there any preference/ weightage for handicapped persons or the professional firms owned/ controlled by the handicapped persons in allotment of such Audits as provided in UN Convention on Rights of Persons with Disabilites signed by the Government of India among the first signatories. 8.If the answer to query no.s 5, 6 and 7 is positive kindly provide the details. 9.If the answer to query no.s 5, 6 and 7 is negative kindly provide the reasons thereof. 10.If the answer to query no.s 5, 6 and 7 is negative positive kindly provide if there is any proposal to give such weightage/ preference and likely time frame.
