Who is delighted powers for relaxation in eligibility criteria to fillup backlog reserved vacancies (Group C and D) mentioned in DOPT letter no. 36038/1 (i)/2013-Estt (Res) Dated-21-06-2013. (Copy attached) in ESI Corporation, India and EPF Organisation, India which are dealt by Ministry of L& E i.e. DOPT, Minster of Labour or Director general of ESI Corporation, India and EPF Organisation. 2.Who is delighted powers for relaxation in eligibility criteria to fillup general vacancies for all posts. 3. Can ex post facto relaxation to fillup backlog vacancies be granted by comptent authority who is delighted powers in point no. 1 reply if there are huge backlog continously from 2 -3 years. 4. How much time is expected to taken for following request of transfer to new account details and fund transfers Provide the details of last date for the pension payments When have the payments been made in the year and expected to be credited in future 4. If a payment has not been done during defined timelines or not transferred to . then which officer/employee is responsible for such discrepancy Provide the details of those officers/employees with the details of their names, addresses and designation. 5. What action will be taken against such officer/employee who cause delay in payment of the pension and When will this action be taken 6. 15 I want to know that how many graduate people ,who born in bharuch and have got the job at dahej Industrial zone. 2) Also want to know that how many engineer of bharuch who are ragisterd at surat university employment buero but still they have no jobs. List of the candidates who have first class result in engineering. 3) Wants to know the list of industry which is under the state government. 4)want to know total candidate of unnemployed engineer at bharuch and dahej area. We know it is 9 hours per day including break and not greater than 48 hours in a week. Could you please confirm week means 6 days or 5 days.
